Hi looking for any mitchell/sheppard where John is outed to the team and or all of Atlantis. Maybe the marines or some of the team don't like it? And SG-1 are okay with it along with others that work at SGC and John leaves Atlantis to work with them? It don't need to be the whole team or even the team, or not all of Atlantis just some enough to make SG-1 concerned for John and have him moved to SGC. Bonus if Cam's family are okay with him and John and welcome John. Probably a long shot, but figured I'd try and see if their are any like that.

Looking for any fics where John is discharged and sent to prison for being in a relationship with any of the other male characters. Pairings I like: John/McKay, John/Mitchell, John/Lorne, John/Beckett, John/Ronon, ect. I'm open to any pairing. Bonus if the Atlantis crew or Stargate Command or even SG-1 team help get him out of prison. Also one's where his brother find out and helps to get him out or even if his father is alive and helps out. But would love it set when he's at Atlantis. Hurt!Sheppard from the guards that are homophobic or from prisoners are also a plus. I love reading Hurt!Sheppard fics. I read one a few days ago where John was arrested and put in front of a firing squad cause the new president was homophobic and it had the SG-1 team helping a bit and the Daedalus crew helping with SGA to get John, Teal'c and Vala free from the prison and firing squad. Which prompted me wanting more similar to this.

I've been going through the tags, and thus far not finding anything yet. Mostly prisoner fics on other planets in Pegasus. I think I tagged this correctly.

Also any where John and Rodney are together and he I guess deflects to the Canadian side to be together. I just read The Connection and it had Elizabeth getting John to think about switching to Canadian instead of being an American so they could be together. Anything like that would be awesome. Either someone tells John to become a Canadian so they don't loose him on Atlantis or John does it himself, or maybe even Rodney/the team or Jeannie tells him or gives the advice to do so.

Are their any fics where one of or John's old flying squad from back in the day that are still alive or another old one he was with come to Atlantis an find out he's in charge of the group? Bonus if his team now gets jealous. Any pairing is fine. Also big bonus if we see them flying in battle or something similar. Or he is training them to use the jumpers cause they have the gene.

Hi, I am looking for fanfiction featuring rare pairs. Sometimes it's just really nice to stumble about something you wouldn't even have considered yourself but then get totally caught up in from just one or a few well done fanfictions.

My latest discovery was a fic that had John Sheppard/Miko Kusanagi as the secondary pairing called Sympathy for Eve. I know that's a tall order but maybe there is something where they are friends?
Another pairing I stumbled upon is John Sheppard /Lindsey Novak. There's some sweet and engrossing fics on ao3. Same applies for John Sheppard /Daniel Jackson. My absolute favorite is a fic on ao3 where they meet in the alternate timeline in Continuum.
A pair that has me jonesing for more is Samantha Carter/John Sheppard. I've been suckered into that pairing. Although for some reason this pairing features a lot of apocalypse fic.
And I also like to read John/Radek penknife has written a great Vegas verse Au for this pairing.

But seriously, just hit me with any rare pair fanfiction that is out there. I am sure there's some interesting stuff. I even found a great Tony DiNozzo/John Sheppard series on ao3. For anyone unaware, that would be a crossover with NCIS.

Hey there all. I've been re-watching my SG-1 and Atlantis DVD's and was just curious if there were any long or longish fics for this ship. It's hard to find. I've read a short top Daniel one, but I much prefer him as bottom unless he's with Sam. I'll take anything. Though I'm rather partial to the angst, hurt/comfort, and mpreg variety. I'd appreciate the help.

Hi!

I've been wondering if there are some good, long fics with one or more of the following elements in them:

* Daniel Jackson in Atlantis for whatever reason.
* Daniel & Rodney friendship (trusting each other above others) or friendly rivalry.
* ascended!Daniel and ascended!Rodney
* Rodney antagonizing Alterans, ascended or otherwise, and/or Earth politicians and coming out on top.
* Daniel and Rodney being the ones to...save the day/get rid of Wraith/etc.

Preferably genfic, but if it contains pairings, then such that it does not overshadow the plot. What I'm really after is good, interesting plot idea that is well executed, with Daniel and Rodney as the protagonists.

I know this is a bit of a tall order, and rather vague, but still I hope someone will nevertheless be able to direct me towards some good reads. I'd be much obliged.

#1. Hey guys! I'm looking for any fics in which Rodney, not Carter, was part of the SG-1 as a founding member. I would love it to be McShep or John and Rodney friendship but doesn't really matter to me.

#2. I'm also looking for any fics where Rodney was part of the Stargate Command. It can be as a member of an off-world team or just working there. It can be slash or just friendship fics. McShep preferred but not necessary.

#3. Another one I'm looking for any SGA1 team fics, Rodney-centered, where the team end up with each other. It can be a foursome or just deep friendship. It can be AU, fusions, crossovers, or canon.

#4. One where Rodney and John knew each other before they went to Atlantis. As brothers, or friends, or lovers, or married. It can femRodney or just maleRodney.

#5 Where Rodney has a secret life before he joined the expedition. He could have worked with the CIA or been experimented on or any other scenario.

#6. Last one, I'm looking for any fics, Rodney-centered where Rodney was already in the Pegasus Galaxy before the expedition made their way to Atlantis.

So I was re-reading some of Keira Marcos' excerpts and they put me in the mood for two types of fics:

1) (I guess the could actually classify as two separate ones, so...)
a) While in charge in Atlantis, Carter ends up being, basically, an all around bad person. Whether is it because everyone hates her, she is overly harsh on McKay or she just does a terrible job. In short, I'm looking for some at-Atlantis-Carter!hate.

I should point out that I have already read the story/series where John switches with himself in an Alternate Universe and in the other Universe, he is marrying Carter - where she is apparently going around killing her husbands. (I don't remember what this one was called, but I have read it before)

b)In a similar, but slightly different vain, I would love stories where it comes out that Carter was wrong about how she treated McKay back in the SG-1 days. It can be anything from her admitting it and saying they were overly harsh to McKay (he was kind of a jerk, but still) to someone else pointing it out and giving her flack about it. (The Keira Excerpt I read had the first scenario in it)

2)Any type of story where Daniel sneaks away to Atlantis. (That doesn't have to be literal) I hope for stories where he does it because of Jack (either there deteriorating friendship/deteriorating actual relationship/Jack is just being a jerk) but really, anything that puts him in Atlantis.

For example, Wraith Killers by Lady Ra. (Keira also had an AU!Sentinel verse where Daniel popped up because Jack bonded to Sam and he had been with Jack before that)

As an aside, I always prefer longer fics and slash over het, but really I'll take anything that fits

Hey I was just wondering if there are any fics out there with Jack and Daniel being a couple and then being helpful and or supportive of John and Rodney. They could be hurt/comfort, or just domestic bliss, or "helpful hints on being with an Airforce colonel", or support through DADT, or any kind of a thing where Jack and Daniel just pas on some general tips. Or you know, big support works too, like helping them to marry/or hide their relationship from the SGC.

Anything at all, really.

I have a couple of related but slightly different requests involving love triangles.

1. I'm looking for any depictions of love triangles between John, Rodney and Elizabeth or John, Rodney and Teyla. It doesn't matter how the triangle resolves or if it resolves. If it's a story where one of them has unrequited interest in the other two, that counts too. OT3s also cool. I found & read the excellent Three Fates, Elizabeth/John/Rodney, by going though the tags.

2. A more specific kind of triangle request. I'm looking for stories that mention a past relationship or present attraction between Rodney and Cameron Mitchell or Daniel Jackson, but ultimately focus on John/Rodney. Even if it's just that Rodney's entanglements make John jealous but nothing comes of it. I checked the tags and found some Daniel/Rodney links and Uncomfortable Territory, which has Cam/Rodney UST and John/Rodney. Hoping to find more like that!

ETA! 3. One of the marvelous recs, We Used to Be Friends, has Elizabeth discovering that the government purposely kept Rodney from forming relationships to control his genius. Now I crave more of that kind of angst, so I welcome any links to stories that have manipulation like this happening to Rodney, whether it's keeping him isolated, or fixing him up in fake relationships to control him, or spies trying to get to him through seduction.

I am in the mood for a few types of fics and thought i'd post here to get some reccomendations.

1) I would like AU fics that have either Rodney or John having not gone on the original Atlantis Expedition or been introduced to the SGC and then later are through some other way than in canon. McShep pairing please. (I have read What Might Have Been by

keiramarcos and it is a great example of what i am looking for.)

2) McShep fics that have a Jack/Daniel main pairing as well. As examples, i am looking for fics that are similar to Wraith Killers by Lady Ra, Human Nature by

keiramarcos or the Sentience series by

tarlanx.
ETA: I realized i didn't give too much info on request number 2, so... i want fics that emphasize the similarities between the two couples and forming frienships between the four men.

I prefer first-time stories, but will take est. relationships as well. NC-17 or R rating, longer fics appreciated.

1st one: Any stories where John sets out to court/woo Rodney. Bonus if Rodney is reluctant, or oblivious. Lots of Rodney love and determined John please. Set in canon or AU verse are both fine.

2nd one: Any AU fics where Jack and Daniel go to Atlantis from the beginning. Jack/Daniel, John/Rodney preferably, but gen is okay too.

After reading Keira Marcos' awesome 'What Might Have Been' I have a sudden urge to read some fanfiction with Jonas Quinn and Rodney McKay pairings.

Also, I would like to read stories with a slightly different team - e.g. where Sam Carter goes with the original Atlantis team, or Daniel Jackson does or Rodney doesn't but is still involved - like brought in later. OR where the Atlantis mission fails and the team become a part of the Cheyenne Mountain teams. Many of Keira Marcos' stories take this premise and I would like to read more like it. But only with slash pairings, and please specify what pairing.

I'm looking for the following:
1) Daniel going to Atlantis, either by himself or with the rest of the SG-1 team. Bonus points if the city reacts to him having acendend.

2) Fics that focus on Sheppard's ATA gene, his connection with the city or how the city "loves" him. I'm more looking for how he uses it in some way for either his benefit or the benefit of the expedition, rather than his feelings about having the special connection.

3) Episode tags to "The Lost Tribe", preferably focusing on Daniel recovering or Daniel/Rodney banter. I have already looked at

sga_episodefic.

Gen is prefered (or at least nothing that has a lot of 'romance').

I've just read frostfire's at the hour when we are trembling and was just totally blown away. It's an AMAZING apocafic, John/Daniel SGA/SG-1 crossover AU. Read it if you haven't.

However, it's given me a real yen for John/Daniel stories if there are any more out there that folks can recommend. Purty please. :)
