Hi everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone can point in the direction of some long (at least 30 minutes, preferably over an hour) podfics that heavily feature the military? It could be the marines on Atlantis/in the SGC, or it could be Sheppard/Lorne/etc's military career before Atlantis...I'm not picky.

I'd prefer gen, but I'll take slash if it's rated teen/everyone.

Hi!

So I've been out of the fandom for a while, and I had a sudden craving for SGA awesomeness...

It looks like there hasn't been a podfic request since Feb. 1, 2011...and Audio Jinjurly has grown hugely since then. Can you guys point me towards some of the more recent podfic? Great readers, anything over twenty minutes, any pairing...which podfics made you laugh out loud, or spend two hours washing the dishes just to listen through to the end?

Hi there! I have a six or so hour drive this afternoon (I know, cutting it close with this request) and I was wondering if people could point me to some longer podfics, preferably ones that are at least two hours long. I prefer John Sheppard to be the or one of the main characters. As for pairings, Sheyla, Sheppard/Dex, Sheppard/Lorne, Sheppard/Mitchell, or McShep will work (I don't like McKeller unless it is just an afterthought). AU fics are fine, but I'd prefer fics where Atlantis exists in some capacity.

Hi! *looks around nervously and waves* This is the first time I'm doing this, so feel free to let me know if I'm not doing it right.

I'm looking for audio fics centered around Carson Beckett (because he's so yummy!). I've tried looking in the sgapodfic community, but I just can't seem to find anything about Carson. I need some recommendations for fics because I'm just blindly looking around.
Gen is good...slash is even better (I'm not picky on the pairing as long as Carson is part of it) No het though please.

Help please?

I was at work one night (third shift) and it hit me I have never seen any Stargate Atlantis filk songs. So I thought , and I thought who would know where some were. And the light bulb went off over my head. The SGA genre finders!!!

This might be slightly off topic, but please bear with me. I think it counts as a genre, maybe?
I think its podfic where you can dowload it to a cd and listen to it like a book tape? Does anyone know where I can find some Sheppard/McKay ones?
I have to leave early tomorrow for a 10 hr drive to a funeral and i wanted to listen to something that was entertaining and *happy*. Long is good too, or multiple recs sinc I also have the 10 hr drive back after the funeral. Please, any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Google has not been my friend! I have searched for ages for some good non-slash podfic but have found only a couple of very short 5min stories.

I'm going on a lengthy trip in a few weeks and I'd dearly love to download some good podfic to listen to. Preferably fic that is more the 15 minutes long, the longer the better.

No slash (I don't mind good Mcshep but I'm Mcshep'd out for now. And will be traveling with my sister who doesn't read much slash)

Het pairings are fine or Gen.

Prefer good team fic or Sheppard centric stuff. Otherwise anything goes.

I have a loooong plane flight ahead of me and it hit me that instead of the usual music I could maybe load som podfic to take with me.

Only I don't know which fic have been read and recorded. So I'm asking everyone on this list. Please help me fill my 27 hours (almost regretting this trip already *g*) of travel time with fanfic, instead of boring in-flight movies.

I prefer John/Rodney slash. But het won't kill me, not instantly anyway *G*

So I got a new iPod Touch this weekend :) and I'm working on filling it up. In the past, I'd run into podcast fics once in a while, but I never paid much attention to them because, you know, no iPod. But now. . .

So your challenge, should you chose to accept it: Point me to all the best SGA fic podcasts on the Web!

Gen, het, slash, whatever. Just please note which is which. (If I don't end up listening to it, I'm sure others will appreciate the recs.) Also, if there are any downloadable, iPod Touch-friendly fics out there that anyone knows about (I'm thinking e-book format maybe?), I'd love to hear about them.

I have two searches for you on this occasion:

1) Ever since I've read/watched/listened to the wonderful multimedia experience that is Missed the Saturday Dance by

zoetrope (McShep, NC-17, WWII AU), I've been charmed by the idea of audio!fics. Stories made by cutting together dialog from the show, as opposed to podfics which are stories read out loud, I mean. So far I have only found another one made by

zoetrope, her "Missing SGA Episode Preview" in audio format (also McShep!), and Revelation by

moonmip and

dulthar (McShep, NC-17!). Thus I'm wondering if there are more out there (and no, I really don't care about genre/pairing/etc, it's just a fluke these are all explicit to semi-explicit McShep. _{Yeah right.}) and if you could provide helpful links.

2) Having extolled the wonders that are Rodney's marvelously perky nipples to a friend, she asked for fic recs, to which I hmmmm'd and hemmmm'd since I know of fanfic memes, picspams, ficathons and the like devoted to various other Rodney's (or John's, for that matter) body parts, but none regarding Teh Nipples. I was only able to dig up

lavvyan's story Perks, which, while seriously hot (McShep, NC-17), does not satisfy a fangirl's hunger for (Rodney's) nipple!fics. Help me find more, please?

I'm in the middle of listening to MVP. I absolutely adore listening to fanfic, especially slash, as I walk - something about the you don't know what I'm hearing smirk on my face, I'm sure. Besides Cesperanza, is there any other audio fic available? Mp3 preferred but I can convert. I adore McShep but I'm willing to try some thing else as long as it's in the SG family. My ipod is just aquiver with excitement. Thanks.
