Courtship -- SGC/Atlantis or Pegasus style

That's right, folks.  We're heading towards Valentine's Day & all that it entails from the schmoopy side.  So.... I'm looking for stories that revolve around or entail courtship themes (could be rituals, could be matchmaking doo-dads, could be matchmaking peoples), be they from a member of the Pegasus Galaxy or one of the Atlantis Expedition or even from the SGC (could include such people as Carter, Mitchell, O'Neill, Jackson, Landry, Caldwell, Lam, etc.).  As always, please label the 'ships where applicable --- all 'ships are acceptable.

Post-"Trinity" fic! Only with a twist!

Omigod you know what I really really want to read?? Post-"Trinity" fic that does not focus on Rodney McKay or John Sheppard!

Like, you know how there was this whole other plot about Ronon and Teyla off-world, and Ronon finding out about the Satedan survivors, and how he murders his traitor ex-taskmaster, and betrays Teyla's trust?

I would so love to read fic that dealt with Ronon and Teyla after "Trinity" and how they kept Kell's execution/murder a secret from Elizabeth and the rest of the Atlantis expedition. Is there any fic in which Teyla gives Ronon a stern talking-to about what is and is not forgivable, possibly involving her beating him up with sticks?

Seriously, I am not even joking. Any and all "Trinity" fic that focuses on Teyla and Ronon, and has zilch to do with Doranda--please rec it here so I can read it and love it and call it George.

Competent!Rodney fic

I find myself with the strong desire to find and read McKay-centric fic in which Rodney gets to shine and his work/his actions are recognized. Either because of his general work (Atlantis' CSO plus member of a gate team; a scientist braving unknown danger, especially the Wraith) or because of one particular action (a scientific discovery, a risky rescue of others, or some such). The cherry on top would be if the SCG (or SG-1 in particular) admitted that they would have never expected something like that from Rodney McKay.

The second kind of fic I'm looking for is sort of related - I'd like to read stories set post-"Trinity" in which Rodney is treated badly by all (most) members of the Atlantis expedition for what happened with Duranda, but doesn't take it lying down. What I'd love to read most would be stories which feature him quitting, leaving Atlantis and creating a new life (and career) on Earth. If especially John Sheppard got to eat some humble pie over the course of the story, I'd be delighted.

I'd like to ask that any stories recommended were either McShep slash or gen (although, if written extremely well and believable, I guess I could accept any het or slash pairing aside from McKay/Beckett and McKay/Weir).

Hi guys! On the prowl for two types of fic:

1) Rodney as a girl - are there any fics where rodney is turned into a woman, and gets treated diferently by other people on Atlantis - maybe he gets in trouble/captured and Sheppard's protective/chauvinistic streak comes out? And how rodney reacts to it all?

2) I just discovered the awesome, but unfinished, fic, Love's Tangled Web - where john and rodney meet for the first time and john kidnaps rodney/is the (supposed?) baddie? Anyone know of anything else like this?

3) Have discovered a recent love for AUs where John and Rodney meet for the first time and things slowly progess - A Farm In Iowa, Strangers on a Train... any more recs along those lines?
