Jack/John? Smart!Shep?

The main reason for this post is because I got to wondering if anyone has written any fic that has John paired with Jack's clone? I can't find any, but maybe someone knows where to look.

Secondly, failing that, are there any John/Jack fics? The only Jack/John story I've come across thus far is this one: To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before by Merlin7 (NC17)


And on a different theme, are there any Smart!Shep stories out there? Not just stories where he shows a brief flash of intelligence, but a fic where it is quite a big aspect. I'd also like fics where it is John who saves the day by being brilliant and/or geeky. I would prefer canon-ish stuff - at least as much as Atlantis existing and a Military John - and no mensa-verse please.

Atlantis is hostile to humans

I'm looking for stories in which Atlantis is less functional or even hostile towards (non-ATA) humans, like for example Sentience by Tarlan, or Pray For Rain by inlovewithnight. Atlantis could be sentient, but I'm also interested if it was just an Ancient security feature without any sinister/crazy AI behind it. Gen, het, slash are all fine with me.
