Jack/John? Smart!Shep?

sgarecfindersThe main reason for this post is because I got to wondering if anyone has written any fic that has John paired with Jack's clone? I can't find any, but maybe someone knows where to look.
Secondly, failing that, are there any John/Jack fics? The only Jack/John story I've come across thus far is this one: To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before by Merlin7 (NC17)
And on a different theme, are there any Smart!Shep stories out there? Not just stories where he shows a brief flash of intelligence, but a fic where it is quite a big aspect. I'd also like fics where it is John who saves the day by being brilliant and/or geeky. I would prefer canon-ish stuff - at least as much as Atlantis existing and a Military John - and no mensa-verse please.
