Have you read Tht's Ronon/Rodney pairing, her stories are wonderful. I especially like "In the Hands of Yes" http://archiveofourown.org/works/28920. But I'm pleased she seems to have written a few more since I last looked, I'm going to enjoy reading them.
I agree that there is something very appealing about this pairing, especially when they move past the caveman personification.
