John is an asshole

I'm looking for a mcshep fic where John is acting like asshole to Rodney for some reason. Cheating, fucking with his head, saying something insulting and so on that sort of thing. It may be for some kind of reason like misunderstanding or John's issues with, well, everything, or it's just the way he is. And McKay is pining for him, obvious to John or no, anyway.
Not post-Trinity!

Have you checked out Sandstorms (http://www.wraithbait.com/viewstory.php?sid=11931&textsize=0&chapter=1) by Mithreon? Post-trinity fic with John shunning Rodney/being a jerk. Rodney gets captured and tortured. Horrifyingly great fic.

There are a lot of great jerk!John fics written post-trininty here is a link (http://iibnf.livejournal.com/1328223.html) to the best post-trinity list I've come across, its got descriptions and links to all kinds of fics- most to all involve jerk!John.

Hi! I know this is way late, but I came to this comm looking for recs, and I think that maybe this series of mine might be close to what you were looking for:

Balcony Sessions (http://archiveofourown.org/series/14846) It's a series of fics that I wrote during season one, and it has John being an asshole to Rodney in some of the later fics because of internalized homophobia. It does end up McShep, though, which may not float your boat. :)

I have to admit I loved writing the fight scene, especially because of the AMTDI aspect. ;)
