Thinking it had to be a recurring theme I searched for a tag, but found none. Am I going blind?

There is only one fic that I loved that isn't on either of these lists where Atlantis is back on Pegasus and the city is using functions it never could before.

That's the background to Devil and the Deep Blue Sea (http://www.sholiofic.com/sga/deepbluesea.shtml)

It's McKay/Keller (hold on, give it a chance!), written by Sholio and it's a brilliant action/adventure, complete with whumped!John, brave little toaster!Rodney and Zombies!

It also has great characterisation with Jennifer trying to find a balance where no one gets hurt and that she can get along with the best friend (Colonel Can't Express Myself) of her boyfriend (Dr Sorry, What's Awkward?).

Thank you! Sounds really interesting. I'm not a ship snob in any fandom, on the contrary, an author that can make me see (and believe) in other pairings than the mainstream ones is the best thing ever! I'm also a sucker for true sci-fi (too much Asimov as a kid, probably) and alien tech (or biology) makes me go *squee*. This sounds like it'll hit a lot of spots for me!
