Rodney at odds with the SG-1

I'm looking for any fics where Rodney and the SG-1 don't get along. I'd rather there weren't any character bashing, but just a misunderstanding. But either is fine by me. Extra cookie points if it's McShep. It can be AU where Rodney never went to Atlantis or where there's no Stargate or just canon universe.

I'm also looking for any and all Female Rodney fics. Extra cookie points if it's McShep.
