post-Trinity Rodney doubting himself

I have a sudden craving for post-Trinity fic (McShep if possible, but I won't be picky) where Rodney reacts to what happened on Duranda and after by starting to second-guess himself and his decisions in scientific and personal matters. You know, stopping to believe in himself and in being right. I've been going through post-Trinity fics for a while, but haven't found one with these characteristics.

I don't even know if stories like this exist, but I really, really hope so. I so don't want to have to write a fic like that, just so I can read it. ;)

Help is very appreciated.

I don't know if this fits exactly and you might have read it already but i thought i'de post it since its a great story with Rodney going all sciencey but doubting himself and John having to snap him out of it, yay. Its one of my all time fave fics despite being gen but its got great Shep McKay friendship.
