I'm looking for fics where a member of the team goes missing/ is thought to be dead and miraculously is found. Especially if the character is John or Rodney, and Mcshep strongly encouraged.

I really enjoyed But Never the Nights (http://www.wraithbait.com/viewstory.php?sid=4627) by lavvyan. It's the one where Rodney is stranded alone on a culled planet for months or maybe years, and is presumed dead. Funny, I just recced it for someone looking for Rodney-centric fics! It's a good, multi-chaptered story, and it's complete.
