Gender Bending

I was wondering if there are any updated gender switch fic lists? I've gone through most of the lists I've found on here, but they don't seem to have been updated for a few years, and I know there must be more girl!John and girl!Rodney fics out there.

I'm especially looking for fic where Rodney or John has always been female, like ladycat777's awesome lallyverse (god I love that so much), or the few I've seen where John is either Joan or Jane.

Of course, I'll take anything, naughty alien or ancient device that switches genders, transfic, het, slash, kidfic, mpreg, whatever!

(Mods - did I add enough tags? I kinda wanted to go nuts with them, but kept them narrowed to what I specifically asked for. Should I add more?)

The new-ish Meredith!verse series (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/2450927/sga_gatekeeper) by sga gatekeeper. Various ratings, Rodney's always!girl. I don't read though can't tell anything about the quality.
