Real life current events - 9/11 fics

Are there any stories about Atlantis finding out about the current events going on in the real world, particularly the tragedies. Like where they find out and deal with the 2004 Tsunami, the Haitian earthquake, Hurricane Katrina, etc. Also are there any fics that show how Atlantis commemorates 9/11, or have someone explaining to Ronon/Teyla why it's such an important day to the Americans.
