[mod] Two more new tags ahoy!

This time skaredykat is to blame for the new DADT - don't ask don't tell and sports tags. In conclusion, yay!

As usual, if you know any other posts that fit under these tags please edit their tags accordingly, and contact me (at any of my modly posts, for example) if any tags need removing/wrangling into submission.

For new tags to be made the rule remains that if you supply me with at least three differing(!) posts I will consider the merrit of the need for the new tag and go from there.
