Panic, trapped

Hi,

I'm looking for McShep fics where one of them has a freak out, panic attack or just gets really over emotional or scared.

I also have a craving for any fic where one of them gets trapped in/on/under something, anything it doesn't matter what, a hole, a tree a cell as long as they're trapped for some reason. If anyone can point me towards any i will love you forever.

Just for general information, the Black Helicopters series is an Stargate Command AU, where John and Rodney meet and get involved with SGC in a different way. It's also very well-written and enjoyable.
