The rambling explanations beforehand on why you think John Sheppard is being emotionally repressed or how you've always disliked Jennifer Keller and want to see her get what's coming to her are pointless, annoying, and will not achieve anything but lead, once again, to wank. If you want to rant, please do so in your own journals.
