One of my favorite all time SGA fics has to be Sheppards Law (http://www.trickster.org/speranza/cesper/Sheppardslaw.html) by Speranza. I spent the better part of two days reading pretty much everything she wrote in the SGA universe, from OK Computer to the classic Written By The Victors.

I'm not sure of the definition of 'smut' per se. If you mean PWP! or just porn, not necessarily.
