Mod: heads up, new adult content settings
Jan. 13th, 2009 04:15 pmHey y'all,
Just a warning to one and all that I've changed the default community adult settings to No Adult Content, so if you feel your post is for +14 eyes only or higher, please go back and edit to reflect this.
This is so more posts can be searchable via search engines. I didn't think that the stupid adult content setting was getting in the way and blocking actual posts being searched, but now I've seen the light, so there we are.
So. Porny and explicit searches from now on need to be hand-marked for their content, and do go back and edit, will ya? Don't want to offend any minor eyes, and all that. *tilts modly hat of modly wisdom*
Thanks for your understanding, and here's hoping the search engines actually find some of our posts now. *crosses fingers, eyes and toes, to be on the safe side*
