I'm about to wander off to storyfinders to look for a specific fic, but while I was searching the tags here I came across a request from June that no one responded to:

kumori_hisaki was looking for transformation fic - specifically McShep where one or the other is unaware of the transformation. That sounded interesting... but sadly, no responses.

So, does anyone know of transformation fics where either the human either adopts the transformed by accident, or is unaware the transformed kept their human intelligence? The original searcher was looking for secrets revealed, which is always fun, but I'm not that picky.

(okay, since I doubt I've explained well - think "Little Bear" (a lovely story) but instead of John waking up with no memory and craving toothpaste, he remembers everything that happened)

• Or he got sick during a mission and hid it from everyone and took the people awhile to find out.

Are there any McShep AUs that are set during the Regency Era (Jane Austen SGA Style)? I'll even go for other pairing as long as they involve one or more of the following: John, Rodney, Lorne, Beckett, Cadman, Ronon and Teyla. Slash is preferred above het, but I'll settle for het or gen since I doubt there's many fics out there. Thank you.

I'm looking for some fics where John doesn't like touching, hardly ever touches anyone, or he flinches when someone tries to touch him and his team, or Rodney notices and help him with the issue by slowly getting him used to people touching him. Gen, Mcshep or OT4 preferred.
