Carson death!fics and clone!fics + slash

I was wondering if there were any serious fics centred around Becket, slash, even better if it was Ronon/Carson, with deep character development and actual story. Two things I would be most happy to read about are:
1) believable IC death!fic with some mourning afterwards
2) clone!Becket dealing with his 'new life' and some other problems, maybe including love life, as well as other characters dealing with Carson's return
Epics would be most appreciated.

John wump, falling out, classic sci-fi

Hello, this is my first post but I've been lurking for a while. I have 3 searches which seems a lot so i hope it doesn't get too confusing. I always prefer mcshep but I'm open minded to gen.

1- I'm really in the mood for any fic where John is hurt, upset or just suffering in some way but for whatever reason doesn't ask for help even though he clearly needs it. this could be like a hidden injury or some issue his dealing with and thinks he can handle on his own, but hopefully Someone notices and helps anyway. The more hurt/comfort the better!

2- any fic where there is tension, disagreement or fighting within Atlantis, for example between the scientists and military or the athosians and the other exhibition members. Or just any two groups on Atlantis involved in some kind of falling out.

3- Iv'e been reading Fahrenheit 451 and can't stop thinking about fusions/crossovers/Au's with SGA and classic sci-fi stories, I'm looking for anything really, fusions with sci-fi books, films or tv. Even just really spacey slightly cliche Au's, or dystopian societies, anything would make me very happy!

Team disobeying John's orders

I'm wondering, are there any stories where the team disobeys John or Elisabeth? I mean, Teyla is used to being the uncontested leader of her people, surely at one point or another, she must have had problems obeying orders she didn't agree with?
Or Rodney, being a civilian who's smarter than John, and slightly arrogant, must have had problems obeying if he thought John was making a mistake?
Even Ronon, while used to the military way, must have had difficulties when the Eartheners were arrogantly messing with things (like Michael), and ignoring his advice even though he knew much better what he was talking about?
Also there's so many stories where John's sexual frustration or anger after Doranda makes him endanger Rodney in the field, while Teyla and Ronon sort of look on vaguely disapprovingvly. Are there any stories where they actually put their foot down? Tell him to straighten up his act right now, or they'll report him?
This is NOT character bashing against John, I like him, just wondering if there's any such plots?

Are there cross over storys with the TV show Chuck? I can just picture Rodney or John going to the buymore and Chuck flashing on them and finding out all about Stargate.

Also looking for any storys that have supernatrual twist? Werewolfs, vampires, magic powers? Anything like that.

I am a huge McKay so the more McKay the better but I have been trying to branch out to other characters lol:)
