Rodney/John + nice Jennifer

I can't help it, I'm an exclusive McShep girl. But I also really like Jennifer, I think she's a great girlfriend for Rodney, maybe she's a bit TOO sweet, but that's hardly a huge character flaw. Unfortunately,every fic I've read where John and Rodney do end up together, she's always portrayed as an idiot or as just completely incompatible with Rodney.
Could you please recc me McShep fics where she's not shown in a bad light, actually I'm wondering, are there any fics where John and Jennifer end up sharing Rodney, because while I'm not usually into threesomes, I can totally see Rodney loving them both.

I normally only read Mcshep, but I've been wanting to read this pairing for a while now, and I haven't found many stories. It's been disappointing.  I'm not a huge fan of death fics, so none if they contain spoliers for Sunday or anything like that. Otherwise all recs are welcome.

Also are there any stories out there were both John and Rodney are scientists? I've only read one, and it got me interested in what could have been. No mensa!verse fics please.
