Family relationships

Hi,

I'm looking for any stories that deal with the relationships between adult relatives; i.e. parents & children, brothers & sisters, etc.

I'm looking for slightly more angsty fics, for example:
- strained relationships, family who dont get on well, e.g. parents disapproving of their kids lives, that kind of thing
- meeting long-lost or previously unknown relatives
- angst unrelated to their relationship but affecting both, e.g. both being kidnapped

Any characters are welcome; fics can be set in the past, present or future I don't mind; I don't mind what the pairing is (if there is one). I definitely want the characters to be adults, or at the very least older teenagers; I'm not looking for kidfics.

Podfic

I have a loooong plane flight ahead of me and it hit me that instead of the usual music I could maybe load som podfic to take with me.

Only I don't know which fic have been read and recorded. So I'm asking everyone on this list. Please help me fill my 27 hours (almost regretting this trip already *g*) of travel time with fanfic, instead of boring in-flight movies.

I prefer John/Rodney slash. But het won't kill me, not instantly anyway *G*

Hi everyone!

Could yall please help me find some stories related to these story topics?

1. Stories that involve Rodney at a conference or ceremony with Sheppard as his date or companion (pre-slash).

2. Stories featuring a Rodney similar to the one featured in 'Freedom is Another word for Nothing Left to Lose' where the Stargate program may or may not be declassified, but people speculate about where he has been, why he hasn't published, and maybe see his battle scars and fighting moves. Preferably mcshep.
