I'd like some stories about how much the first wave Marine's respect/adore/care for/are fanatical about John. Even stories that show the second wave military feelings toward John would be appreciated.

De/Re -programming a Brainwashed John

Hey all.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any fics where the US government/SGC/Atlantis tries to deprogram or reprogram Sheppard. My original thought was that it would be cool if there was a fic where Sheppard and McKay were in a relationship and the government kidnapped Sheppard to try and brainwash the homosexuality out of him. I read Going Public by Oran, but it doesn't have to be anything as serious. It could just be Sheppard was captured by bad guys and was brainwashed and the team's just trying to snap him out of it. Ex: Food For Thought by Listy or Stockholm Syndrome (Tearing Down the House) by mousewitchy (although I'm more looking for John than Rodney).

Gen/Het/Slash, anything goes.

I'm looking for something to break my heart. Shatter it into teensy, tiny little pieces. I mean really, sobbing into the keyboard, concerned neighbours here. 

McShep would rock, but I'm open to John or Rodney centric gen too. Anything goes, in terms of rating and length.
