Sentient Atlantis

In this fic search post I said: Darn, wish I could find a sentient!Atlantis fic list and idyll replied with Yeah, a list like that would rock!

So, how about it? Want to help compile one?

Wanted: stories and rec lists that feature Atlantis as a sentient, well, being.

Details: Anything goes, but you get extra cookies if you provide some specifics when reccing stories (genre, pairing and such).

So far found:
ultimatearchiver's del.icio.us "atlantis" themed list and aurora_84's John/Atlantis interaction and/or relationship recs (see under #2) but it's unclear whether all the stories listed merely involve Atlantis in some way, shape or form, and which ones feature sentient!Atlantis - help sorting 'em out muchly appreciated.

Hi guys,

This is my first post here so I'm hoping this is ok.

I'm looking for John/Rodney fics, basically I want something that is them being together but having to fight to be together, you know that whole love will conquer all kind of idea. Love, angst, romance(can you have romantic angst?) but it must have a happy ending.
