Unknown Injury or Shep/Carson Friendship

Yep, me again. Looking for stories in which Sheppard is injured, ill, or struggling with something mentally but the others don't know about it. Either he's keeping it from them for some reason or he isn't all that aware of it himself. As always, no slash or romance please.

If that doesn't pan out, then I'm also looking for stories of a John/Beckett friendship nature (no slash). Preferably with Shep-whumping.
