Transgender Rodney fics

While I've read some great Rodney genderswitch/genderf***** fics lately, I'm looking for more along the lines of transgender fics.
i.e. Rodney isn't turned into a girl physically by some device/alien/whathaveyou, but felt he was born in the wrong body, and how he deals with it/expresses it, type fics.
Would love some that were also McShep, but not necessary.

I just read gemmi999's Good Kid, Gone Missing, which is MfF - excellent fic which started off as a quick 500 word store to a prompt, but wrote much more and is planning to write more in this little universe - can't wait!
