Find SGA Stories in a Specific Genre

I have been through the tags, as I usually am, but there are some genres I can't find enough of or which I can't find a request for at all. If anyone does have any recs here it would be nice if they could make a comment on the content so I have an idea of the pairing and which request the story is being recced for.

So:

1. Does anyone know of any timetravel fics that involves some of the main characters going back to the start(the first episodes or so) and starting to slowly and surely change things to avert disaster, better the future or some such? Would also be nice if more than one person goes back and they keep it to themselves instead of randomly informing people. I have been through the tags and I can't seem to find any that resembles this closely enough to satisfy my craving. I know this is a common theme in other fandoms so I suspect there might be one or two in SGA as there are time travel devices here. Anyone?

2. I'm also looking for any fics that involves anyone in John's family finding out about Atlantis or just that John's job is quite important. Would prefer canon family history(Dave and Patrick Sheppard), but could take other. As I have read most of the older ones, though probably not all, newer ones would be preferred. I have been through the tags here, but as I seem to continually stumble across stories that aren't mentioned around here I must assume that there are more unknown ones that could be recced. 
 
3. Are there any fics that mentions or discusses the work hours of the Atlantis crew? I'm thinking that they must have very long days seeing as they are in a war sone with little relief coming their way and a very old city with much to be repaired. I can't imagine them having Sundays for one. And I can't see Rodney working 9 to 5 days either. Outsider pov would be good, but it could just be some known characters discussing it or something.

4. Would also like McShep AUs where one of them has a different job or neither of them works for SGC, but in a verse where the Stargates exist(so no Ronon or Teyla popping up as natives of Earth, unless it's a cover).

5. Plus any fic where one of the characters is asexual.
