End of the world/disaster type search

Hi. Since I've been watching my fave disaster type movies again like Day After Tomorrow, Armageddon and San Andreas. I'm looking for fics along that line. Could be were Ori take over, Earthquake, end of the world type things happen. Would love for John to be on Earth and Atlantis finds out what is happening. They try to save as many as they can. Could be global or just a certain state like in Andreas type of thing. I don't really care for reading zombies, but I don't mind it. Can also be parallel or alternate universes that he goes to and this happens. I'm up for just about anything. I'm more of an alien species take over type of girl. My main pairings are: John/Rodney, John/Cameron, John/Lorne, John/Teyla, John/Nancy, John/Elizabeth, John/Sam and John/Vala.

I remember reading one where the Ori took over and John saves his brother and his two girls but David's wife was already compromised and they left her. So that's basically the one that got me wanting more. That and also blame the episodes where they go to another universe and it's under attack. :) I'm so in the mood for these. The longer the better.
