Military Commander general search

1.I'm looking for some fics where Sheppard is military commander and is challenged about his position. I love it if he his hurt/has a disability and they think he his unfit as a commander or something. Can be something small or something bigger, blindness, paralysis, limp that are hurt, whatever.

2.Also if there is something similar to Blindsided by Madison. That would be awesome. Like Sheppard has to learn to live with being blind.
