Insubordinate Rodney (mcshep)

I'm looking for Rodney not listening to either John or Elizabeth (or I guess Sam or Woolsey) for some big project he wants to take on or maybe to save someone. I know Rodney's not great at following orders to begin with but maybe it's something he's adamant about. (There's a fic where Rodney helps Ronon help the other runners even though Elizabeth and John don't think they have the resources, so something like that.)
