Ancient outpost, shipyard, parts depot

I am looking for any fics that have Ata gene holders finding and unlocking ancient places that have new or replacement equipment, and or a shipyard. Any pairing or rating. Sentient Atlantis leading them to the new places is also a bonus, but not necessary. First time posting so i hope I have tagged correctly.

There are a few others, especially the ones where Atlantis is on her own. I'll try to find some more.
