Atlantis likes John best

I have no idea if anything's out there, but ... are there fics where O'Neill comes to Atlantis (in Pegasus or on Earth) and tries to get the city to do what he wants, but it won't because either he's not John or, preferably, it's contrary to what John wants? John wouldn't have to be on the city (maybe captured? lost? temporarily dead?), but I'd love to see a face-off between Sheppard and O'Neill, preferably with John winning. It also wouldn't have to be sentient Atlantis, but that would be cool. Thank you!
