Atlantis likes Expedition better than Ancients/Lanteans

Are there any stories out there were sentient!Atlantis prefers John, Rodney et. al. to Helia and the other Ancients and sabotages their attempt to take over? I vaguely remember having read something like that, but I'm not even sure if it was a proper story or just a story idea. My ideal story would be 'The Return' playing out in Lady Ra's 'Loving Rodney' universe with a bonus plot of the returning Lanteans undoing Rodney's improvments to the city because they don't understand them and then needing his help to fix it. Pipe dream, I know :). But maybe something along the lines of Atlantis disliking the returning Lanteans does exist? Anything you could recommend would be great, thanks!

If you do a search on AO3 for Helia -- you get about a half dozen stories on the theme -- I glanced to see if they were what you were looking for but haven't really read them so can only recommend for content not quality.

Very tiny ficlets that at one time were the early working out of a larger story, that I have been patiently awaiting for yes, um, years. Well worth it on their own. Each and every word adds something and encapsulates entire worlds.
