I'm looking for any and all fics that deal with John having a life altering disability. He could be blind, deaf, suffer from severe injuries leading to amputation, etc. I searched earlier entries in this journal, but the latest concerning this topic were posted in 2011 so I'm hoping there are some newer fics out there. Any pairing is fine, so is gen.
A very fine example of what I'm looking for is busaikko's on the radio series which can be found here http://archiveofourown.org/series/6711 (sorry, I'm not too good with links)
