I'm looking for stories where John's connection to Atlantis is far more than what everyone thought. I read a story called The Return Part 2: Favorite son, by Titan5 FF.net, where John is the favorite of Atlantis. She hides him from the internal sensors. Are there any more stories where his connection is more than what was shown on the show.


The second is stories that feature Johns brother or father. Them learning of Atlantis, and coming to it like the story called Forced Leave, by PrincessPatrice on FF.net
