I wondering if there are any stories out there where John is his father's son in that he embraces the corporate ethic and the suit. Bonus points if he meets up with Rodney. Double bonus for McShep! Thanks!

Her Second Series is a series of 7 AU fics, not all in the same story arc or AU, which feature either a John or a Rodney (sometimes both) getting a "second chance" of some sort. in Second Chance (59K words) a John who didn't go to Atlantis to please his father is badly injured &, through a piece of Ancient tech he slipped out of SGC, begins to 'dream' of an alternate Atlantis where his counterpart is brain-dead.
