Reporting sexual assault to John?

Do any of you know of fics where John has to deal with sexual assault on base in his capacity as military commander? I'm looking for stories where people either report the assault to him or he has to deal with the perpetrators. Even stories where John is the victim, but there is an element of what that means given his role as military commander.

You might try, "The Invisible Repercussions" by Keira Marcos is about how John deals with a rape of someone under his command.

It's not quite what you're looking for, but this story is from Elizabeth's POV in regards to military personnel going after a scientist and how Rodney and John deal with it.

Not sexual assault but sexual harassment. Chipping Stone by Sealie. After Duet Cadman starts a campaign of sexual harassment of Rodney that has nearly tragic results for Sheppard and damaging for Cadman. Some think he is overreacting even Sheppard but he eventually takes it seriously and refuses to cover it up. Gen.
