'm looking for fics there Rodney is FTM - surely somewhere should be at least one, his first name is Meredith (oh, and I've already read this fic where John and Rodney were runaway teenagers).
Please, don't rec fics too much AU. Better if Rodney still are scientist and works for SG.
And I don't care if it is slash, het, fem or gen.

telesilla has a series called Thursday's Child - In which Rodney was born into a woman's body and is a post-op FtM transsexual.

There's also No Explanations Necessary by Tzigane & Zaganthi, though it's not really the focus of the series.

telesilla remixed a story of cupidsbow's where Rodney is FTM. The original story doesn't have that part of it, but it's an interesting read and will help with understanding where the remix is coming from. Sheppard's Choice by cupidsbow is the original story and the remix is Sheppard's Choice (Theory of the Male Gaze remix) by telesilla. Both gen.

Also, here is kyuuketsukirui's Transfic Masterlist for SGA. It doesn't separate out by who is trans, but I thought it might be a useful resource.
