Kinda specific - rape/non-con (no main characters)

Hi,

After watchning "The Invisible War" today I was appalled by the way military covers up reported rapes/sexual assaults.

They mentioned an Air Force base in Colorado and, being a fangirl, my thoughts jumped to Stargate.

So this request is kind of specific - are there any fics out there (rating/pairings/etc don't matter) where John, as a military commander of Atlantis, has to deal with reported rape/sexual assault from one of his subordinates and it does NOT get sweeped under a rug?

Not sexual assault but sexual harassment. Chipping Stone by Sealie. After Duet Cadman starts a campaign of sexual harassment of Rodney that has nearly tragic results for Sheppard and damaging for Cadman. Some think he is overreacting even Sheppard but he eventually takes it seriously and refuses to cover it up. Gen.
