McShep: Outside Point of View

I had such wonderful suggestions on my last posting that I thought I would put up another one.  This time I am looking for Rodney McCay/John Shepard either pre-slash or slash fics that are from an outside point of view.  It can be from another team member (Ford, Teyla, Ronan) or an Altantis member (Carson, Elizabeth, etc...) or an OC if well written.  My prefernace is for humor but as long as it has a happy ending I am good to go,
