Recs Needed: Alien!John

So I was watching some vids and reading some Pegasus ATA-gene specific fics and I was wondering if anyone has written/knows of any fics where John is:

1) recognized as a descendant of an alien culture and is thus considered an alien

2) Believes that he isn't human (due to the ATA gene no the Iratus virus/bug)

and/or 

3) recognizing that his difficulties in dealing with other people is that he's no like ther people (bonus if Jack is included in this social issue)

I hope this sparks some memory crystals. ;)

Have you tried aadarshinah's Ancient!John 'verse? It's on her journal under that tag as well as on AO3. It has John as an Ancient and very much an alien in many ways. It is WIP, but she updates regularly.
