I really love the story City on the Edge of Forever by synecdoche (thanks ladyyueh) and I'd love any recs that follow a similar theme, where they actually plan for the one way mission to BE one way and make themselves selfsuccicient.

ETA: Whoops. This was on my page and I didn't notice it was sgagenrefinders. I thought it was SGA storyfinders. From what I remember of the rules...the link for story finders is in the sidebar and in the future you should use that when you're looking for specific stories.

YAY! thank you! its too bad there was no sequel to this.

And i'm sorry for the specific story request but I was hoping the awesome people here would be able to rec similar stories with the same theme.

It was like, I want to read more stories like that story I read that I don't remember the name of... you know the one...

Next time please take the time to post your specific search to sgastoryfinders, because the rules around here aren't just a suggestion, they're actual rules. Editing the rule-breaking part of your post out after you got what you wanted is not the way to avoid being frowned at by a mod; (re)reading our rules for the future and not breaking them is more what we had in mind when we came up with the rules.
