Sheppard bashing stories

So, people often talk in fic about John or Rodney or the team being worried John will get beat up for being gay. But I don't believe I've ever read any such stories.

I've checked the DADT and homophobia tags already and the only post that is exactly this subject is from 2008. Can you rec any fic, doesn't have to be John/Rodney, where John gets beaten up by the Marines?

No unhappy endings and definitely no death fic, please!

I will also take any general John beaten up Marines for non-homophobic reasons e.g. for killing Sumner.

Puddleofgoo's A Life Less Ordinary series has something of the sort in the eleventh story Chasing Shadows (http://puddleofgoofic.wordpress.com/a-life-less-ordinary/eleven-chasing-shadows/). It happens quite early in the story. Although, it is more of a sexual assault than a beating, done by homophobic marines. I believe it happens twice, but it's been some time sine I read it.
