My favorite de-aged Rodney story is The Other Side of Grace (http://smiley.zonezine.net/html/90539.html) by sardonicsmiley. Even though this is a gen story, it's also a love story between John and Rodney. The story is heartwarming, poignant, funny and utterly addictive.

There is a link at the bottom of the story page for snippets set in the same universe. All three of them are wonderful and I recommend them wholeheartedly. (Be sure to read them in order.)

YMMV, but I cried sooooo hard at the end of that story. Like, I had to grab tissues and take a few minutes to get myself together at the end. It's such an amazing and powerful story, but just a head's up, that's on my list of "go-to tearjerkers." Maybe I'm just overly sensitive...
