I'm looking for fics having to do with written communications within Atlantis - emails, letters, etc. I checked the tags but didn't see anything that fit. Any categories, any characters are fine.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

It's called The Epistolary Romance of Drs. Katie P. Brown and M. Rodney McKay, with a Dinner Date. It was, as recently as April, on A03, but it's recently disappeared.

I think that Patchwork (http://auburnnothenna.livejournal.com/185868.html) by auburnnothenna is close to what you're looking for.

The emails and reports aren't the focus of the story but are used as a stylistic device to tell both the plot threads in flashback. They show what I can imagine Atlantis, and the link to the SGC, functions; with scientific effort, determination and humour. They bring minor characters vividly to life. Just to warn this has "may Squick" rated on it on Wraithbait but it is an incredibly well-written story with the sheer strength of the people involved saving them!
