One of my absolute favorites is "Human Nature" by Keira Marcos. WARNING: In it, Keller goes a little ape-shit. This is considered a Keller-bashing fic (not everyone's cup of tea, but I personally loved it).

I believe that we all dumped on Keller a lot when the series ended. She took the weight of our anger. The fact that the character was so poorly written made it easy.
