Shep attempted suicides?

Hey there,

OK, I've edited this post as I learn more about this whole LJ posting thing....I've added some tags and stuff.

Are there any Sheppard ATTEMPTED suicide fics out there or Sheppard self-harm fics?  While I like reading some slash, friendships preferable at this time.....No death fics please.

It has John repeatedly trying to commit suicide due to a promise. (It keeps happening throughout the story). It has Rodney/Ronon and John/Lorne. It is AU because John never makes it to Atlantis with the first wave but Rodney goes back to Earth to recruit John. (Even though it does have the attempted suicides throughout, I really like it).
