Underestimated Sheppard

Does anybody know stories where John is underestimated based on first impressions? The whole casual slouchy drawling routine doesn't come across as very imposing. And for a commanding officer he's not very commanding at all (until you try to take his team away and then - well. You deserve what you get.)

Am primarily looking for impressions from Pegasus characters - I've already seen a couple stories dealing with the marines and Atlantis residents.
