Rodney or John Self Harm

Are there any fics out there were Rodney or John hurt themselves intentionally because of low self-esteem or as punishment for failing at something? Like cutting, or burning themselves? Slash and gen preferred. Thanks!

It's actually het -- John/Teyla -- sorry! :-) I pretty much never ship John/Teyla and don't read much het in general, but this fic really appealed to me for some reason.
