I have just read Shock by Frostfire, and I wonder if there is any more fic where John ignores Rodney's allergy, for whatever reason, and has to deal with the fallout.

If allergies aren't a big issue, Going Under (http://www.jumperbay.com/viewstory.php?sid=243&chapter=1) by Spaceseeker might work for you. It is set in season 1 and has Rodney being left behind by the team to fix a jumper alone while suffering from internal injuries with the team basically disregarding his complaints about his injuries. By the team gets back, Rodney's unconscious and John is suffering from guilt and regret.
